Christchurch Activities

On Thursday afternoon all delegates will partake in an elected activity.

We will endeavour to give everyone their first choice, however, you will be asked for your first, second and third choice during registration in case we have to shuffle places where numbers are limited.

The allocations will be based on a first in first served basis, as numbers are capped due to capacity.

One of the city’s most iconic attractions, sit back and relax on an informative guided punt ride through central Christchurch on the Avon river – an eco-friendly experience at New Zealand’s only punting site. I is an awesome and unique experience. Then after a short coach ride, the Christchurch Gondola offers spectacular panoramic views of the city, Lyttelton Harbour, Pacific Ocean and beyond: it’s one of the best ways to see Christchurch!

Take in the views on your gondola ride to the summit station. Once at the top, you can explore walking tracks, experience the area’s history on the Christchurch Discover Ride, and enjoy the fare and wares in the licensed café and gift store.  https://www.christchurchattractions.nz/
