Hi, I’m Lauren.

I know what it’s like to feel overloaded – replying to emails at all hours, working late nights and weekends, and never truly switching off – heading towards burnout.

But there is another way.

I believe everyone deserves to head into work, kick big goals, then return home satisfied – able to switch off, recharge, and wake ready to do it all again.

Today, I’m fortunate to be an author, speaker and leadership expert on boosting both wellbeing and productivity – but it wasn’t always like this.

At school, I was the shy, unsporty kid. Always picked last for team sports. Totally lacking in confidence. But everything changed when I went to university and friends dragged me to an aerobics class. I didn’t get all the moves right, but I had fun. Later, an instructor said, “If you want to be an instructor, come and see us.”

So I did.

It was life-changing. I discovered I was capable of more than I’d ever imagined – and I believe that’s true for everyone.

That experience sparked a lifelong passion to help others boost health, energy, and confidence – because physical wellbeing shapes everything. When you move better, sleep better, eat better – you lead better.

Over time, I combined that passion with my business degree, HR background, and 20+ years in the wellness and coaching field to create practical, science-backed programmes that deliver real results.
